Are there any contracts?
No. CARVID has no long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
What's included in every CARVID plan?
Every paid CARVID plan includes: Facebook Marketplace auto-posting, DMS integration (HomeNet, vAuto, etc.), unlimited AI video generation, multi-platform posting (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), lead tracking dashboard, automatic inventory sync, and sold vehicle removal. The free Lite plan covers manual Marketplace posting, a self-serve DMS feed, and sold vehicle removal — auto-posting and multi-platform automation start with Solo. The only difference between plans is the number of users and support level.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between plans at any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no fees for changing plans.
Do you offer discounts for paying up front?
Yes! Pay for 3 months up front and save 20%. Three-month pricing: Solo is $597, Growth is $1,197, and Enterprise is $1,917. You still get full flexibility — if you need to cancel part-way through, we'll refund the unused months pro-rata.

This means when someone asks an AI "find me a used Toyota Camry in Philadelphia," your inventory can appear in their results.
