1. Using CARVID
CARVID provides software and automation tools designed to help automotive businesses manage inventory marketing, customer engagement, content, messaging, and related dealership workflows.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use CARVID on behalf of your business.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through accounts under your control.
When you connect inventory sources, business systems, social accounts, or other services to CARVID, you authorize CARVID to access and process the information reasonably necessary to provide the features you have enabled.
2. Plans & Billing
CARVID plans are generally offered on a month-to-month basis unless a Service Order or other written agreement says otherwise.
Monthly billing
Subscription fees are charged in advance and automatically renew each month until canceled.
By providing a payment method, you authorize CARVID and its payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees and taxes.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account, where available, or by contacting CARVID support.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. Unless required by law or agreed otherwise in writing, payments already made are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partially used billing periods.
Pricing changes
We may update plans, features, or pricing from time to time. If a change affects your existing paid subscription, we'll provide reasonable advance notice before the new pricing takes effect.
You may cancel before the change becomes effective.
Past-due accounts
If payment can't be completed, we may contact you to update your billing information and may temporarily pause paid features until the account is brought current.
4. Results & Automated Features
CARVID is designed to improve efficiency and help dealerships manage marketing and customer engagement, but results naturally vary by dealership, inventory, market, account activity, pricing, and other factors.
We therefore don't guarantee a particular number of listings, messages, leads, appointments, vehicle sales, or financial results.
CARVID may use automated or AI-assisted features to create content, assist with conversations, organize information, and perform other tasks.
Automated output can occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for keeping the dealership information, inventory information, pricing, policies, and instructions you provide to CARVID accurate and current.
For important customer, pricing, regulatory, financing, safety, or contractual matters, dealership personnel should use appropriate judgment and review information when necessary.
5. Your Inventory, Content & Accounts
You retain ownership of the inventory information, photos, videos, branding, and other content you provide to CARVID.
You give CARVID permission to host, process, modify, format, publish, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, support, secure, and improve the Services you use.
This permission includes creating formatted listings, marketing content, previews, captions, media, and other materials associated with your account.
You are responsible for ensuring that content and information you provide is lawful, accurate, and that you have permission to use it.
Please don't use CARVID to distribute unlawful content, malware, fraudulent listings, spam, or content that infringes another person's rights, or to interfere with or bypass the security of the Services.
6. Customer Messaging & SMS Terms
CARVID may provide messaging technology that allows participating dealerships to communicate with customers regarding vehicle inquiries, pricing, availability, appointments, and related customer-service matters.
Some messages may be assisted or sent through automated technology on behalf of the dealership.
Customer consent
Customers may consent to messaging by initiating a conversation, submitting their phone number through an applicable dealership or vehicle inquiry form with the required consent, scheduling an appointment where messaging disclosures are provided, or through another valid consent method.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing a vehicle or service.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies depending on the customer's interaction with the dealership.
Message and data rates may apply according to the customer's wireless plan.
STOP and HELP
Customers may reply STOP to opt out of further text messages.
Customers may reply HELP for assistance or contact info@carvidapp.com.
Requests to stop receiving messages will be honored in accordance with applicable requirements.
Dealership responsibilities
When CARVID provides messaging on behalf of a dealership, the dealership is responsible for the customer relationship and for ensuring it has the permissions and consent required for contacts or customer lists it provides.
Dealerships are also responsible for using messaging features in accordance with applicable laws and maintaining accurate customer and consent information.
CARVID may implement technical controls intended to support opt-out and messaging compliance.

Except for amounts you owe CARVID, misuse of the Services, confidentiality obligations, or obligations that cannot legally be limited, CARVID's total liability arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid CARVID during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Responsibility for Your Business Activities
You remain responsible for your dealership's inventory information, advertising, prices, customer disclosures, sales practices, employee activity, customer consent, and compliance obligations.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
